Hi sir my name is ali I am mailing to ask you small question I want to know that what does stroker kit means and secondly does stroker kit means crankshaft with more throw and crankshaft throw is calculated from bottom dead center to the top dead center or it is calculated from top dead center to bottom dead center well sir waiting for your humble reply as soon as possible

Stroker it is making changes to the internals of the engine to get a larger cubic inch. For example to make a 347 stroker out a 302 you do a 30 over bore on the block then you do a 289 crank and the 289 shorter rods buy making the cylinder larger then shorting the rod length you get more cubic in and lighter rotating mass so you get quicker rpm and more hp and torque with the larger cubic inch. The stroke it best measured with rod length, center to center. I hope this helps
