I just put tires on my car and it was good drtiving for 1 day then the next day it sounded and drove like I had a flat the whole car shakes and makes noise. What could this be

Yes, it may have slung off one of the wheel weights. Bring it back to the people that installed them. They may even have left a wheel loose so check that before driving it again.
