Hello my atv will idle perfectly and die when I give it gas. Like something is restricting the piston from turning. Carb is all cleaned up

I need to know more info on the engine, Diesel? petrol? EFI or Carby? please advise.

Sorry, it's a kawasaki bayou 220 gasoline 4stroke engine.

Is the throttle pump working, with the air cleaner off looking down inside the carby throat, open the throttle and you should see a good steady stream of fuel being pumped in, if not the throttle pump is not working, look at this first.
