I have loud ringing noise coming from the drivers wheel/suspension area whenever I go over the slightest bump

I cant explain the noise but its like something is rattling but its not its ringing. Like something is loose.

Its where the brake pads and rotor located the whole assy-could also be wheel bearing problem
