2000 Volkswagen Golf electrical

I was having a look at the fuses and I must have shorted something out as I have no dipped beam, wipers, heaters, indicators, rear dimist or rear wiper I have located the scored wire and fixed it but the prblem remains, I have changed the relays too was wondering what was next step

The ignition switch powers up the load reduction relay. Which powers the devices you listed.

TDI or 1.8T? Just making sure before I look for a wiring diagram.

A bit more info on what you actually did, lust looking at fuses will not cause a problem, did you have the battery off? Did you probe around with a test light? Need to know exactly what you did so we can get an idea as to what may have happened.
