Driver side seat will not Move back

Driver side seat is stuck fully forward and will not move back, bowd cable at cam has metal exposed so I assume it is broken, so how do I replace the cable

Easiest way is to disconnect the electrical connections to this and pull the seat out along with the tracks. There will be a few bolts holding the seat in place. Then replace the broken pieces
