Hello I am working on my aunts truck and it is a 2000 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner V6 AT 2WD and my question is that she let someone replace the center support bearing on the drive line and now its making a clicking sound and I got under there and I took ans tried moving the drive line up and down and it makes like a wobble/clicking sound when I do it and when you drive it after about ten miles an hour you will hear alot of clicking coming from under the truck why would it do this?

I would remove the shaft and inspect it for anything not straight or bent

Well I talked to the guy that did the replacement and he said he had alot of problems getting the shaft back together
what would that mean?

Only he can answer that question. Return it to him and have him repair it correctly.
