2000 Toyota Echo blue temp light

Help!2000 toyota echo car starts right up and drives blue temp light on. At first stop pedal to floor car goes very slowly. Once light goes out everything is fine please help! Car runs great when blue light is mot on but otherwise same results! I am afraid I will get in an accident! Do I have a bad temp sensor?

Po171 system too lean (bank1)
po440 evap emission
po441 evap system incorect purge
po446 evap system vent control circuit

After checking I found my gas cap was loose. I tightened and had them retest now the only code is po171

I would look for a vacuum leak for the P0171 code.
