I have a problem when I put fuel in it.

I have taken the fuel neck out and blowed out the metal vent lines but it didn't help. Is there a vent valve or something down by the tank?

Do you have any codes?I would check for codes it could very well lead you to the problem. Sounds like some spiders built a web and clogged the vent or the vent valve is stuck closed.
