Power window on the passenger side goes down but not up

2000 SUBARU FORESTER
Car is a 2000 Subaru Forester. It's NOT the lock button. Also, can't find blown fuse. Checked main fuse box and under dash on driver side.

Could be a regulator, a motor or a switch. You will have to remove the door panel and test for power and ground arriving at the motor.
