I replaced the ignition switch (Key part) after doing so the car will start but will not remain running. What have I done wrong or do I still need to do. It is a 2000 Saturn LS.

Did it started before you replaced the ignition housing?Or did you just replace the ignition cylinder? Also when you did the pass lock learn you tried to start it didn't turn the key from the run position waited for the security light to turn off. Then turned the key off for 30 second's then try to start it again never turned the key off kept it at the run position till the security light turned off. Then turned the key off for 30 second's. Then tried to start it left the key in the run position until the security light turned off. Then turned the key off for 30 second's. Then the car should start.
