Rover transmission

Hi ther I have a rover 25 with a 1.6 engine and when I depress the clutch pedal it goes into gear and even whilst running it goes into gear whilst not pressing the pedal any ideas of what this could be?

If you can shift w/o depressing the clutch while moving -there's a problem with your transmission snchronizers

Ther is no drive at all if im stationary I can go into gear easily in the 'H' pattern but wont engage. Clutch pedal seems ok and has the same resistance as normal thanks

Ok so now what will I do? As the car only has 47000 miles on it so it cant be the clutch plate itself surely?

Best have it checked out its pointing that direction
