What is making my van shake so badly only when I accelerate. It's been doing it for a while and is getting worse, I checked tires, rims, tie rod ends, brakes and rotors all fine what else could be the problem

If you're feeling this in the steering wheel and mainly when accelerating at lower speeds, suspect a worn inner cv joint housing. Most commonly it will be on the longer of the two half shafts and it may show up after the engine has been moved sideways a little such as when replacing an engine mount. That makes the rollers run back and forth in a different section of the housing.
