INITIALLY BLOWS HOT AIR, THEN AIR COOLS TO A TEPID TEMP COOLANT LEVEL JUST A LITTLE LOW, BUT STILL VISIBLE JUST BELOW THE FULL COLD MARKINGS BY ABOUT AN INCH OR SO. COULD THIS BE THE HEATER CONTROL VALVE, AND WHERE IS IT LOCATED ON THIS MODEL
