Where on the radiator can I find the tap/screw/valve that allows more cooling?

Please explain PROBLEM in more detail. And what you mean by allows more cooling?

Thanks for your reply. The engine runs too hot in summer when driving fast or very slow in traffic jams.A car dealer told me there`s way of switching the radiator from half(winter use) to full(summer use)via a screw located on the radiator. The problem is I can`t find this screw anywhere on the radiator and thought you might know more.

Go back and ask him where it is I think he told you a JOKE? You could temp test with infrared meter to see if the whole thing is hot? If it heats in traffic is your fan coming on? Almost sounds like its clogged?
