2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue fuel gauge is not working

Hello.
Would some one please tell me if this car has a fuel cut off switch and where is it located.
Also I need to know where the ECM is located.

No, there is no switch. That is only on ford products. You may have a bad fuel pump. Check the pressure. You can rent a tester at a parts store.

The pump is new and there is power going into it.
