Recently went to get a sticker and had two error codes one was for evap and other one is p0410 for secondary air injection system. So I paid to get it fixed left and drove to reset ecu. Once it reset the p0410 came back. Later that night while driving the car wouldn't accerate barely a loud noise like a machine gun also happened.I checked the codes and now it has p0310 and p0446along wwith the p0410 code that was always there. The cell blinks. Could it be something the mechanic did. What could be the problem.

No, its the car. Who did the diag? Codes never identify bad parts just failed systems. What was replaced for the repair?
