My 2000 Nissan XTerra Will Go In Reverse But Will Not Go In Drive. This Problem occurred after it was repossessed. 4 wheel drive v6 engine. Please Tell Me It Is Something Other Than My Transmission.

It definitely is a problem with the transmission but could be a faulty sensor, solenoids or control unit. Try warming up the vehicle and shifting through the gears and retest. Check the transmission fluid level.
