my radio will not turn on. battery was recently replaced.

Sometimes the surge from reconnecting a battery will blow fuses. There could be two, one for the radio, and one for its memory circuit which will be tied in with interior lights, horn, or something else that is always on. There could also be a 10 amp fuse plugged in the back of the radio.
