Can it be heated with torch and placed in cold water to clean carbon build-up?
Got an OBD code P0135. Definition:
Heated oxygen sensor - bank 1 sensor 1 (H02s11), Heater performance

No, you cannot clean and 0/2 sensor and in this case, that isn't even your problem. The sensor appears to have a burned out heater inside and will have to be replaced. This is the upstream sensor on bank 1 which is the backside of the engine.
