I bought 2 low beam bulbs for my benz

I bought 2 low beam bulbs for my ml 430 but on the manual it says that the bulbs are H7 V12 Watt 55 but these bulbs that I bought are H7 V12 Watt 100 is it ok if I put these xenon lights because I am scared not to burn the electrical system

The relay supplying the current for the headlights should be 30A, which should give the headlight system a total capability of 360Watts. You should be Ok. But if you're really worried, take them back and get the 55Watt that are specified.
