2000 Mazda MPV Battery going dead constantleu

All the, sudden my battery started going dead I replaced it twice before reolaceing the alternator the battery is going dead still I replaced battery twice again checked starter its good I dont know what else would be draineing the battery I am in desperate need of help

Check it for a parasitic draw, it's under how to repair battery item 9

Im not too sure what you mean where do I find "how to repair battery item 9"? On what web site or book or how?
