Car stalling after fuel gets to half tank

I have a 2000 a lincoln ls w/ 203000 miles mostly hgwy miles, the fuelpump, fuel filter, plugs and coil packs were replaced 8.5 months ago because it would start cutting out, (when it the fuel gauge would reach half tank of fuel, ) it would die, I d restart it then the engine light would come on after a few mins. It ran good for 8 months after the repairs, but it has started doing the same thing again. PLEASE HELP ME, THANKS ALOT.

There is a rubber hose inside the tank that rots and lets air get sucked in. When the fuel level is high enough fuel gets sucked in so the car runs. To be fair, I never replaced that hose myself, but I've heard about it many times at various schools I've attended.
