Code reads P1150 after all resets. Vehicle is a 2000 Lexus RX300 with 90,000 miles. On-line research tells me it should be an air fuel ratio sensor & not an oxygen sensor (Bank 2 Sensor 1). Is this accurate and what would be the part number needed?

A/F sensor is the newer version name for O2 sensor. Both acan be considered the same component, just a different name.

P1150 is for bank 2, sensor 1, meaning the sensor before the catalytic converter.

Sorry our database does not have information on the part number.
