Yes the A & B solenoid. My 2000 kia sephia will not move in drive but will move in second if I rev up the rpm. It does have first and reverse. Checked fluid its fine and so are all the fuses.

Do you have any codes in the computer? If so what are the exact code numbers?

Thats a problem, I dont have a way to get it to a shop. Im trying to find somewhere that will rent one or loan one out. If you know of a way to get one let me know. I have people telling me it sounds like that it probably is the shift solenoids. I DONT KNOW! PLEASE HELP. Does it maybe sound like it could be them?

On amazon they sell a basic code reader for about 20 and a more advanced one for about 50 something. Have you changed the fluid on that transmission like you should?

Can you tell me what codes p1500- p1693- p1624- p0507 mean and what they relate to which part that needs to be replaced? Thank you

P0507 is high idle I would look for a vaccuum leak first. Code P1500 is vechile speed sensor signal malfunction could be the wire or the sensor. Do you have a multi meter to do some testing?Code P1624 is from the transmission computer to the engine computer to turn the check engine light on.
