2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Just Noticed Light Whistling Noise Press Accelerator

Just noticed a light whistling noise when I press the accelerator while driving slow enough to hear the noise. If I release the accelerator the whistling stops. I just had the freeze plugs replaced, requiring the trans to be dropped, and the water pump replaced.
Very willing to donate once I understand the quality of the advice.

we need to know what area your Hearing this noise at. Have someone drive the car while you listen for the noise.sounds like it may be a loose vacuum hose.
