I've changed the waterpump and the thermostat,recovery cap my jag is still running hot plus I don't have heat can you please help me?

if the coolant level is ok nd no air, you most likely have blown a head gasket from the overheating. make sure they replace the radiator as well as that is a common reason for the head gasket failure
