Transmission slips after 10 miles

Transmission works fine until the car has run ten to twenty miles; after that the transmission begins to slip going from one gear to the next.

When was the last time you checked the fluid level or changed the fluid and filter?

I checked fluid this last monday. I need to check electrical wires; (TCM)and(ECM)along with plugged filter, etc.

Rivermiketrat: I have not changed the transmission fluid or filter; should I use an additive to the fluid(Dextron 3)?

No. Not really. Just have it flushed and change the filter.
