Door is open light when door is shut and headlight warning tone when the keys are still in

The car dings that the door is open but its not and at the same time warns me that the headlights are on like the keys are out. I tightened all the door screws but its still happening what's going on?

Check the door switch and door adjustment. If door is not adjusted correctly, the door switch would not be closed. Check for shorting of door switch wiring if switch is tested good.
