Why is my brake rotor smoking after I drive it? I just replaced the rear rotor and Brake pads where it smoking.

The brake is not releasing. The next time this happens crawl underneath and open the bleeder screw. If it releases, the brake fluid is being trapped, typically by a constricted rubber flex hose.
