This morning I went to start the car and notice the idle emediately jumped to 2k rpms then bounced back and forth between 1-2k. It would eventually settle around 1500 rpms with minimal bouncing. While driving the car I also noticed it will not go over 50 mph and shakes when you let off the gas. Haven't had a chance to read the codes yet. Any ideas?

You need to check for trouble codes.
Check the coolant level.

Correction, car will go over 50, but shakes violently. And when brought back down to lower speeds around 25-30, car seems to accelerate itself as it stuck on cruise.

Code is p0505. Calling for a iac malfunction. Just clean it and seems to be working good. Only time will tell.

Sometimes the IAC can get stuck due to excesive dirt and if it works after cleaning, most probably you won't need anything else.
