My Honda CRV

When im driving my honda crv it begins to shake, im not sure what it is, feels like its the gas or it needs air, someone told me it can be the sensors, but im not sure. Its only when im driving when this happens. Can you help me, do you know if its the sensors?

If its a sensor 99% of the time you should be getting a check engine light, if check engine light on with engine running 1st step should be to check for codes as you have many sensors,
if check engine light on and blinking, check it for tune up and if its firing at all cylinders
