Outdoor temp and light sensor

Just noticed that on warm days, rear view mirrow will show OC, not degrees, and at same time light sensor on dash quit working. How are they connected and what do I do to remedy these problelms?

== Answer == A lot of times with the computerized niceities on vehicles "OC" means open cicut. Trace the wire and look for a broken/disconnected/or loose wire (it could be a live or active wire)) Open Circut on these units means that the sensor has failed.

Whats the connection? They are both fallable sensors?
