Ok so when I turn the AC on in the front everything works fine, the back blows cold but only one speed (low). The bigger problem is whenever the AC control is turned off it hot air comes out of the vents only in the back and on low. Please help. Let me know if any more info is needed thank you.

It's probably doing that because the actuator may be sticking the problemon low you have to check to see if resistor is any good. Chec fuse in dash panel for rear blower and items in pic

I'm not so concerned about it blowing one speed, but why would it blow hot if it is turned off? So just to be clear when the AC system is turned off hot air comes out of the vents but only in the back continuously and the front is truly off. So again when in the off position and on cold setting hot air still comes out of the all the back vents. PLEASE HELP. Driving me crazy

Check to see if the temp actuator is working. Teh ones in pic are both controlled by front and rear controls so it may be opening or losing ground and not working when off. It may need to be scanned to see if control unit is bad front or rear.
