2000 jimmy, 4.3l, then misfires, someone stole the cat and they straight piped it, could that be the cause it shows the p0300 code, I put new wires, plugs, cap and rotor, runs fine until it warms up then hesitates and misfires, the cat was stolen and the previous owner straight piped it, could this be the cause of it running rough, also showed p0132 code, 02 sensor circuit high volts [ bank 1 sensor 1], what does that mean, is it related to the cat?

That isn't street legal. If you live in a state that does sniffer/inspection tests, it won't pass.

Bank 1 sensor 1 is before the cat. The system may be running rich? Any applicable codes?

Michigan don't sniff any more, the bank 1 sensor is still intact, they cut about a foot behind it, the other code is the p0300, random/multi cyl mf detected, could the missing cat be the cause

I don't know if the missing cat would cause that? I'd check for the system running rich. There should be a sensor after the cat. If that sensor is missing, it might cause some issues?

Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Not only check for correct pressure, see if pressure drops like a rock with everything off.
