Brake issue

I've replaced the master cylinder, pads, rotors, on a 2000 Suzuki Swift. The brakes work when warmed up. But after sitting for a few hours, when you take off, you have to really press down hard to get them to stop. Check all vacuum lines and they work fine. Any ideas?

Run engine for 5mins then off wait 5 mins now pump brake pedal 5 times and hold down start engine does pedal go down?

Doc's suggestion will rule out the brake booster if its functioning correctly-
