Intermittently I loose power to car components

My radio, headlights, driver door lock and window will go-out and may come on in seconds or much longer. Jarring does not seem to matter.
I've wiggled fuses and relays.

You have a bcm issue which is a common failure. You need to have it verified by someone with a scanner.
Do not get a used one as you may ruin the pcm. If it is confirmed, get a new one and it will have to be flashed from the dealer before installation.
