Car shaking

I have a 2000 ford windstar and when heating it up and pressing the gas to accelerate it shakes. When I put it in neutral it does not. I just had the transmission replaced but it shook prior to that and had spark plugs changed as well but still shaking. What could it be? Please help!

Could be weak spark to some cylinders or low compression on some cylinders or a weak/bad injector or 2 or a vacuum leak etc. Have the codes read to see if anything shows up.
