2000 Ford Windstar

We have a problem with keeping anti-freeze in engine everytime I pour the anti-freeze in the van it comes right out as soon as I put it in there. I looked under ther van and I cant pin point the source of the problem can anybody help me out with this problem please?

Check to make sure it isn't coming out the radiator itself. Also, check the lower radiator hose. If the coolant is coming out closer to the engine, check the waterpump for leaks and check to make sure a freeze plug isn't leaking.
