2000 Ford Taurus Horn and dashboard light

Hi
The dashboard light in my car is not working. I can't see anything at night. All the other icons such as seatbelt and gas light comes on. My horn also stopped working. I went to lock my car and the beep didn't work. I checked the horn and it's making a clicking sound but no horn sound. I checked some fuses in the car and they don't appear to be broken. I'm not sure what's going on.
