I am hearing noises rattling from the rocker arms.I have a 2000 ford taurus 3.0 O.H.V flex fuel motor. How do I adjust them or how do I replace them.

you will need to have the timing check.this can cause noise in a rocker arm area. You also need to check the oil pressure.
