When you push the fuel presure release valve how much presure should it have, I pushed mine, which wont start and the pump turns on, and it flows out about 1 inch high

You need 40 to 45 lbs to run. You need a gauge to verify

I didnt have a gauge but it was low, I took off the filter and blew through it, turn on the key and no gas came out of the hose but the pump runs for about ten seconds and stops
