2000 Ford Ranger heater control

My heater is stuck in defrost it will not change to vents or the floor. It does change to a/c and it blows out cold air what could it be? What are the color codes for the vacuum lines blue red white im not sure what other colors there was. Im lost on this one. Where should I start looking at

I think im not getting vacuum from the engine compartment where does that come from. When I take the lines off of the heater switch there is nothing there

Vacuum come from intake through firewall to control in none at control then not not getting from intake listen for a hiss sound if line broken or unattached
