2000 Ford Ranger CODES PO135 & P1131

I keep getting these codes I have replaced spark plugs, both 02 sensors, maf sensor, water pump, thermostat and housing, air filter, I have checked for air leaks in hoses and manifold it runs good I have no lose of power and there are no gas smells but obd is telling me that its lean got any ideas

Check fuel pressure with a gauge it may be low causing this. Also check for a plugged or non working egr system, air leaks after maf system and before O2 sensors and any vacuum leak or pcv system also if dipstick isn't sealing right.
