2000 Ford Focus central locking issue

When I put the key in either the passenger or drivers door only that door will open, I have to open all the other doors manualy when im in the car. But when I go to lock the doors from either the driver or passenger door all the doors lock what could the issue be? Any advice much appreciated :)

Have it scanned it may be the central locking module isn't working a pro will need to do it.

I read that this is a common fault on these cars and disconnecting the module for an hour and reconecting it can rectify the problem. Just need some info on location? Cheers chris

Even if you try to replace it your self it still has to be programmed to your car by a pro. Its near the base of the right A pillar and central timer module is at rear of central junction box
