What kind of motor oil should I use in my Ford Falcon

Please advise - I have recently purchased my ford falcon au ute year 2000 and want to know what kind of motor oil is best to use in it. The ute is used to tow a horse float and two horses on a regular bases. I want to ensure my engine remains in best condition. Thank you Jennie
