Truck wont start

Have a 2000 f350 with a 7.3 powerstroke deisel. It ran fine and I shut it of and went to start it 20 min later and it wouldnt start. The water in fuel light and wait to start light flashes along with a clicking noise from the relay under the hood

What was it? Did ya solve it? Almost sounds like low battery?

Both the fuel pump relay and the Injector Driver Module, IDM, are in the battery junction box under the hood. The IDM itself is on the left side of the inner fenderwell boltted to the upper frame rail.
See if the clicking is coming from one of them.
Then have the trouble codes pulled. Any Advance Atuo or Auto Zone will do this for free.
When you get them, come back to us and we will go from there.
