My wipers stopped working and everytime I turn them on high it makes a loud hum noise. Is my motor blown? Ive checked the fuse and its not blown.

Check to make sure the linkage hasn't come apart and jammed.

At the base of the windshield is the cowl. The linkage it under it. Remove the cowl and you will be able to access the linkage.
