Can a rear end with a gear ratio of 33188 be replaced by with a rear end with a ratio of 30888?

Those don't look like normal axle ratio designations, but you can install any ratio you want to since it's a two-wheel-drive. With a four-wheel-drive you have to match the ratio on both axles.
