2000 Ford F-150 misfire

Code reads po356. Misfire on #6 cylinder. Engine misses@idol and acceleration smoothes out @ 2000 rpm miss returns @ cruise speed. Changed plug, coil and injector. Still misses. Is there a screen in fuel rail @ each injector. Acts like starving for fuel.

Misfires are hard to diagnose have apro do it if you can as it can be any sensor in engine like maf and or an air leak. Check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it an dcheck for a vacuum leak.
